Rachel: Ive never been in love
Don: "She won't get married cause she never been in love…"
Rachel: For a lot people love isn't just a slogan.
Don: You mean big lightning bolt to your heart where you can't eat and
you can't work… just run off and get married and make babies… the
reason you haven't felt it is because it doesn't exist. What you call
love was invited by guys like me, to sell nylons.
Rachel: Is that right?
Don: Pretty sure about it. You're born alone and you die alone and this
world just drops a bunch of rules on top of you. You forget those
facts, but I never forget. I'm living like there's no tomorrow…
because there isn't one.
Rachel: I don't think I realized it until this moment, but it must be hard being a man too.
Don: Excuse me?
Rachel: Mr Draper
Don: Don
Rachel: Mr Draper, I don't know what it is you really believe in, but I
do know what if feels to be out of place, to be disconnected, to see
the whole world layed out in front of you, how other people live it.
There's something about you that tells me you know it too.
Don: I don't know if that's true… do you want another drink?
Rachel: No, but you can tell your boss that you charmed me. (sarkastiskt)
